Return Policy

Our return policy allows the option of refund and replacement as follows:

• In the case of a refund to the original mode of payment, we will deduct Rs 80 against the pickup charge and the remaining amount will be refunded back.

• Please note that the return window closes after 2 days. Forward shipping charges are non-refundable.

• No exchanges or refunds will be allowed for size or fit issues. If you have any concerns about the size or fit of a product, do ask our team prior to placing your order, and we will help you out. 

• No exchanges or refunds are allowed in case of minor color or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.

• Minor Color or design variations does not qualify as a design defect as such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.

• If your product darkens over time, then also it does not qualify as a design defect as natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.

• We don't allow the return/exchange of customized products.
